Hi, I’m Florence

I’m a psychologist, dog mum, and wellbeing nerd. I am a registered psychologist originally from the UK and moved to Australia during my schooling years. I completed my Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of Sydney and Masters of Clinical Psychology at Bond University, before returning to my hometown to establish my practice.

My approach focuses on supporting individuals through life’s challenges — including anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties — and I work with warmth, compassion, and evidence-based care.

My past experience includes adult inpatient hospitals, public hospitals, drug and alcohol services, and work supporting first responders and veterans.

The heart of my therapeutic approach is the belief that you are the expert in your own life and my role is to walk alongside you — offering insight, and the practical tools needed to help you navigate challenges, and move toward living your most fulfilling life.

I started Florence Psychology, to provide a space where individuals feel empowered to live authentically, connect meaningfully, and thrive in their personal and professional life. I believe every client is the expert in their own life — my role is to provide the space, support, and tools to help them flourish.

Florence Psychology was built on the idea of creating a space where individuals can show up just as they are — wherever they may be — and access support that truly fits into their lives.
